Beautiful azaleas! My plums are in full bloom now and we've dropped down into the 20s at night. Of course frost is going to get them. No plum jam this year. Our daffodils are already past their peak.
I have 4 sets of 10 blocks already finished. It just hit me, I'm half way through with my sets in only a couple of days. Set 4-

Wow, you ladies are sailing through these sets!

Lovely azalea bush! I wish those grew better in KS. I love them. We had lovely warm weather today, at last! Up in the seventies! I just noticed too that the huge trees in the back are budding now too. I couldn't help but think 'and there blooms all the leaves we will need to rake up in the Fall...' Not really optimistic!

I am thinking about making this quilt with our swapped blocks. Bonnie wrote this with our swap in mind, I'm sure

Making 8 out of strips and two from scraps. Creating lots more scraps. Polite way to avoid answering your question on if I am having fun.

Look at all the posts since last I came! Love the chatty group here. Those azaleas are really something! What a glory to see!
Moonrise, you are one amazing quilting machine!! It would take me all day just to take the pictures and crop them so they looked so neat in the photo! lol
Cheesehead, that setting reminds me of my plan for a setting, with it's 'checkerboard' look, but I plan to add triangles to make stars.
Libster, the turquoise/yellow print with the, is it cream?, flowered print is darling!

    Great blocks, Libster!

I like the Sister's Choice pattern, and also the one Cheesehead showed, alternated with hourglasses so they look like they are set on point. (I love that trick!) May have to re-think my original plan.

Givio, it's a cream background with blue, yellow and pink dots.

I think when I finish my block sets, I'm going to go ahead and make some hourglass blocks to use for my setting.

I wondered if the flowered fabric was tan or pink-- it's hard to tell on my monitor. Won't you be sewing your Boom quilt first? :-))) Yeah, I was excited to get my Boom blocks back and sew my top using them, but this swap is exciting too. :-)

Depends on which gets back to me first. While I'm waiting for them, I can go ahead and do my prep work ahead of time. I'll do all of these QAYG so I can cut batting and backing along with sashing strips and have all of that ready to go.
    The flowered fabric is pink.
