    Ube, glad your DH is on the mend.... You should tie him to his chair for a few weeks....LOL LOL.

    The chick in the knitted outfit is just so cute! I have never seen anything like it.

    i am in for this swap and have a few ideas.... Just not completely decided yet... Still we have until the end of June!!!!!!!

    I can tell you what we would do to my Gpa when he needed bed rest and wouldn't comply, but I doubt it will be useful for you. We would take his leg (but only as a last resort) and only when it really was ness. for him to get bed rest.

    All my own hen's eggs so all Naked necks, I got 10 chicks from the hatch

    What a beauty. Been around a long time. when I can catch them, I move them to the river and away from my ponds. They wreck havoc on the local ducks that visit the ponds.

    (not as cute as chickens, but tastes.....)

    My FIL used to try to raise ducks and geese. But the turtles in the pond would eat them. He kept trying!
    It was fun to watch the eggs in the incubators. Especially when they started hatching.

    Ube, so glad your Dh is getting better - that was SOME set of injuries. The chicks are so cute - but the turtles make you appreciate life, too - think how long they can live - if they don't get run over!
