Here is the progress so far. It still needs the leading strip around the outer circle, but all the "look" of the finished wall hanging is in place.

K, Do you back your satin with a very light weight fusible? It makes a huge difference in how the fabric handles for you.

I am working on a crazy quilt make from old silk coat linings and having a stabilizer on it really helps.

love the contemporary look of your stained glass.

Kassaundra, and everyone, I would love to see your rooster done in an art quilt, take a look at this site: https://www.facebook.com/groups/322156861327018/ I found this cutie my my pond, as you can see, about 1" diameter.

    Now here's the quilt top:

I don't have a name for it yet but it will come to me through your suggestions in the next month. Next step is to plan the quilting.

Very pretty Ube. I requested to join that quilting group you shared the link to.

What about "Alphabet in Squitches" (squirrel stitches)

Hi, my name is Judy, I am Kassaundra's mother in law. I would like to join in your swap. I have finished my wall hanging. I will see if Kass can post picture of it later.

How wonderful. Welcome from PA. I am always anxious to see the work others are doing for the swap. Be sure to PM Rhonda and let her know you have a finished quilt ready to swap or your name won't go on the list. She will need some info from you.
