Oh wow…your package came so fast and I sware, Rumbols, your WH’s are always so cute…this one is flipping adorable!!! So so pretty! I hung it up immediately in my sewing room since It matches perfectly! Colorful!! Applique and quilting is gorgeous! I absolutely love it…thank you so much..and thank you for the thoughtful gifts. The tissue holder, the wristlet zipper pouch (super cute fabric) and the yellow FQ are perfect. All will be put to use…. Well, I’m off to buy a hanger for your WH…just love it!, Big Hug!

I want to say, I love your Owl quilt.. It looks awesome. Did you make it? Is there a pattern?
Also, love the other quilt you have hanging on the wall. I assume that's the one in your avatar?

Rumbols…thank you! I love the owl quilt, too…and yes, I made it. The pattern is Hootsville, by Sassafras Lane. And, yes, the other quilt is my Avatar. Here is the link to the picture thread for the story behind the quilt. To date, that is my favorite quilt.

We got home late last night so I didn’t go to the mailbox until this morning….what a surprise! My wall hanging came and it was the ‘herd of Meese’ from Teen. I love those little moose and it will be hanging in the place of honor above my sewing machine. She also sent some animal buttons, mini squares, a pattern which I would like to try and a book so I can brush up on the basics of patchwork and especially …..appliqué! Also a very nice note……..Thanks so much Teen.
