we're haveing a medium rare roast beef. mashed potatoes, asparagus and green beans. Don't know about desert yet. Waiting to hear from my dh and ds. I'm hoping my son has the day off. i forgot to ask him. He just got a new job working in the dialysis center. He just started and they have him starting lines already He loves it. He has always loved working with people and with sick ones, he feels he can comfort them. An excellent fit for him. I'm so thankful that he has this job. As I type this, I think of our dear Elizabrat that we lost earlier this year. He feels for his patients.

Another beautiful basket Teresa!
Lynnie,
Am I overlooking the one y'all are talking about above on this page? Or is it my addled brain addling again?
Good your son's enjoying his new job! And I so totally miss our Brat too!
All the Easter dinners sound delish. We usually have a spiral ham and all the trimmings. After we all go to Church, we will watch our 2 lil grands hunt eggs and hopefully they'll like the baskets I made them and the goodies inside.
The wildfires I talked about a couple of days ago burned up many acres, and 2 families lost their homes and their stuff. What's even more sad, is overnight someone went in and stole whatever wasn't burned from 1 of the homes. When I saw that on the news I just thought how low can people go..so sad and maddening.
Reports said 3 firefighters had minor injuries, all are expected to make full recoveries. Thankful for that and that there were no fatalities reported.
Winds are supposed to pick up and be gusting again this evening blowing in a cold front. We need some moisture so badly.
Regards,
Kif
