Mine can't fold down because that will ruin the shape. Maybe I'll make one just a "hair" smaller so that I can fit it in one of those large tyvek envelopes (with padding).

I was worried about that too, so I made mine flimsy. But now its too flimsy so I have to beef it up!

As far as I am thinking, mine should be able to fold up with the quilting to it, and fill back out when the person gets it, but mine won't be a traditional type Easter Basket. If I make handles I would be making some of the short ones on each end for carrying.

You girls sound like you have some beautiful baskets.
