LOL actually the going up is always better for me. I mean it is tiring, but not painful. Going down hurts, stairs are less painful to go down than a hill at least. They do have a couple of landings with benches. I was able to make it with only a couple of breaks long enough to snap a picture. It is worth the trip, especially if you take your time. I am starting to feel a little better now, several doses of pain meds help a little.

Did you find any good sales Pat? I didn't get a chance before the rain hit.

I guess the big rain has cooled it off some. 81 before the rain 64 now. Too bad it's still so wet out as I have flowers to plant. I must have gone to 15 houses in the developement off of Call Rd and only spent 35 cents. They had mostly kids clothes and toys. Hopefully I'll find something tomorrow. Oh I think it's going to rain. I did go to the PolkaDotPIncushion and got some pincushion patterns.

I received a wonderful box of goodies from lawsonmugs today, along with a biblical rain. She made me a pincushion hat with matching pins and a sewing machine pincushion which can also be a windchime. In addition she sent chocolate in a little paper purse. Love it all!

Lauriejo that is a really pretty hat pincushion plus the pretty pins, and so is the sewing machine/windchime. What a cute little purse for the candy, and I see other little goodies too.

Mary you made some beautiful and precious things. I agree too that everyone on here is so nice, and friendly.

    Have a nice weekend everyone.

What a super wonderful group we have here. I wish we could all meet up one day and have a "Pincuhsion, Needle book Sew-In" we'd all have such a blast. Great goodies from Mary. she always does such nice things. I bet she has a printer too, ( I don't) 'coz she makes such great candy wrappers and holders.

I loe windchimes, have a bunch at my house. a bamboo one for a nice low clunk to a big long one I got a joanns, about 2 feet long. and some high pitch ones also. when it's windy, it sounds so beautiful here.
