Patches that is such a beautiful basket and pc. I have not seen this basket before and it is so useful. Zennia a great swap.
Klaws I love your quilt and you did such a great job. Pat yourself on the back for the first one.
I enjoy the surprise of not knowing my partner and I do like the matching set of pc and nc. Whatever the majority says I of course go along.
There have been so many beautiful swaps this month. I would have a difficult time picking my favorite.

Thanks for the kind words everyone.
I am really torn, I DO like the surprise element of these swaps. That being said, I want to do whatever is easiest on Karen. I also wanted to say I love giving and receiving them in sets.
I agree, this months swaps have been awesome.

Deb you sent Zennia a wonderful swap package. I love the PC with the flower fabric and the doilies. What a clever idea to make a NC out of vintage embroidered linen. You beaded pins are always so nice. And a cute scissor fob with cute scissors. That's a big basket to hold lots of things. Lots of other goodies too. Great swap

Thanks Pat. I love repurposing old linens, doilies, quilts and furbelows. I always think of the person who did the embroidery, crocheting or sewing and say a little prayer that I do a good enough job to honor their work. Makes me feel close to all of the women who worked with their hands, before me. I love knowing that the work they did will live on in another fashion.

Jan, the embroidery IS fantastic and was apropos of this month's theme. I wish I could take credit for it but it was lovingly sewn by someone, not me. lol Even if my poor old arthritic fingers could still wield a needle with some skill, it would never be that fine! I content myself with collecting and reusing the beautiful things that I find.
