Teresa, am saddened to hear your diagnosis was not negative but lets hope you caught it early. Prayers headed your way, please keep us posted on how things are going for you.

Krystyna went to the site to check out the scarfs and put my vote in for you.....good luck!! I have no doubt you will win tho. :-)

okay got package sent to my SP. took a while as had to make trip to pet store to get goodies for one of her furbabies.
hope she likes what i sent--i included a couple little hand made somethings--one which was a first try at a tutorial i ran across on a website. So someone in Tornado Alley should be looking for the package to arrive on Wednesday

Glad to have company while sitting on the bench waiting for my mailman to fill my mailbox...guess I better think of yummy things to eat while waiting. And here I was planning to test out a recipe for baking dog biscuits....I don't think we'd like to "chaw" on that while waiting. I am going to risk baking and giving them to my furbaby....she is so allergic but I am thinking that maybe it's those old picnic foods that she picks up when she goes for walks which causes all the problems with her itching and upchucking, too. We have her on an antacid tablet and that has helped considerably.

and here i have a cat who eats everything he can fit in his mouth no matter what it is. i have had samson since he was 8 wks old ( a found stray) and i just know he came with that habit. it's nothing i encouraged in him. i can't stop him either no matter what i do.

is there a cat whisperer somewhere i can hire? this has to be something psychological. he has been a pampered feline for 5 yrs now and follows me everywhere, room to room. i love him dearly but..... what a nut.

Oh I spoil my Cleopatra.....my Pharaoh Hound. We adopted her 16 months ago. She is a nervous, timid dog....I think that's where the upchucking began....nervous stomach. But I think the itching comes from eating old picnic food droppings that she grabs faster than we can....that old stuff can have some bad bacteria on it. Even drinking any standing water puddles can do it, too. Things I never considered or thought of but the vet mentioned and so we are try to be very careful when we take her for her daily walks.

Well, I checked on my sp's package, and lo and be hole, the post monster strikes again. I mailed it on the 15th. It left Redding CA on the 15th and arrived in Los Angeles, CA on the 18th. First off, I could have driven it down there faster, but the package is suppose to be heading NORTH EAST of me, not south!!!! I complained to the postmasterress today. So, at the rate it is going, it may not be there til the middle of next week. So, someone in a northern state that starts with an "M", I am sure the snail mail may crawl in sometime next week.

Leiladylei54 one of my daughter's standard poodles had to be on antacids also. The vet wanted us to feed them twice a day, but we found it was better to leave her food down so she could nibble on it all day. It stopped most of the upchucking and she doesn't need the antacids any more.
