Dotty, in a way they are, but probably will just do a simple stippling on it.

Materialgrl, they can be any size, usually 2" down. They can vary across the block (muslin base) - like do center strip one size, add other strips in varying widths...They're fun to make..

This is an FYI. I won't be partnering anyone for the next few months. Since the holidays are moving in fast, and there seems to be some swappers behind, I think this will give everyone time to get caught up. I'm sorry if this upsets anyone, and if there are some that want to exchange with each other, be my guest.

I am asking one thing of all Bee'rs, IF you want to continue doing the Bee, please PM me between now and Christmas. This will give me time to get the roster organized. If I do not hear from you, I will not include you in the swap. I will be keeping up with all the posts, so you can always post on here too..

Again, I hope this doesn't upset everyone too much, please keep posting your pictures and keep in touch. I wish everyone the happiest of holidays.

    Dear All,
I certainly want to continue with this BOM. And here is my offer. If you need blocks to complete a holiday project, let me know. As long as I can do them, no swapping necessary. Giving is getting! Dotty!

Oh how very sweet you are Dotty. That is a wonderful offer. As I mentioned, if there are some that would like to swap amongst themselves, have at it.. I know a lot really enjoy the swap.

    Thanks Dotty.

I can understand that Jean. I would think it does one good to take a break. Being the host of swaps has to be time consuming and also some pressure. I don't think we can say thank you enough to all of you who take on the responsibility of these swaps. I would like to continue on if there are others who want to. So you can put me on the list. Thank you for the offer of continuing. Have a great weekend. Marilyn Green
