Have been in touch with my partner. So will get started. We have a new gift shop here in town and was asked to work there. I really like it, there's no lifting or heavy work. I only work 3 half days and that's plenty. I don't think the back and hip could do an all day. At least I get out of the house.♥Have a great day.

I made my wonky house for Jacquie, but I have to get it to Scotland! I guess that means a trip to the p.o. I can't figure out how to print & ship international postage. Would be sooooo nice to deliver it in person!!

LOLO I thought the same thing Dottie...maybe we should have made a plan to do that..hahaha... Yes, it would be so much easier if we could do international online! I had to go twice in last week, one to Canada and yesterday one to Australia.. Geez, for what it costs to those 2 places, I could have taken a vacation and gone there.. It's fun to exchange with international swappers tho, learn a lot about our 'friends'..

Good day to everyone. We are having a nice day for it being Nov. I went shopping for fabric yesterday for my swap partner. I spent 2 hrs. in the store. They have so many new fabrics and they are beautiful. I do think I'm going to have to go back for quilt fabric. There was a collection I fell in love with and you know when you see a special group of fabrics like that it never leaves your mind. lol. I wish all a great week and to my sewing room I go.

Marilyn, well done on the new job!! It sounds lovely!! I'm sure you'll enjoy the job no end, I know I would!!
I'm also pleased to hear you enjoyed your time in the fabric shop They have us where they want us when they bring out new fabrics! You'll have to show us the fabric once you've been back for it!!

Here is my block from Dotty, isn't it adorable!!??!! I'm moving in next week hahahaha...
Looking at the amount of rooms, I could have a 'sewing' room, 'quilt book library', 'Fabric storage' room, 'cozy' room for hand sewing... oh yes, it's perfect!!!
    Thank you 'sew' much Dotty!!!
    Hugs Jacquie xxx

Sunrise 450: I made up Jacquie's block. I strongly suggest you collect wonky houses some day. The are so much fun!
I have Jacquie's block & I will try to post. My snazzy new Iphone does not like my old computer too much! Jacquie, please post if you can. I'm doing a red & white block WALL. Yay!
