Heard from the "brat" late yesterday so will give you all an update. Not a good day for her, they could not do the surgery she was expecting to have. They did work on both arms but her blood is clotting to rapidly so surgery was out of the question. She will probably be back on the board tomorrow or Friday, just needs a little time.
If you have any problems please contact me and I will handle them for now, as per Linda's request. Started my mug rugs yesterday and made progress, hope you all are sewing too

Thanks for the update on LInda Jaba! It doesn't sound good. So sorry to hear that...give her our love???
Am waiting to hear again from Whigrose before I start her mugrug...those that are sending so fast must have made them without seeing what your partner says about likes and colors and such??
Looks to be another beautiful day in the Northwest! Happy sewing!!

I didn't start my mug rug until I heard from my partner and noted her likes. Fortunately I didn't have any other projects in the works so I was able to complete the mug rug so quickly. Worked on it most of Super Bowl Sunday, DH was involved watching the game so it left lots of free time for me!

I am trying to work hard and get my package out by
Monday at the latest.
It is snowing here today which I am NOT happy about.
Now some of you might know that my daughter is pregnant
with my first grand baby. She is now 30 weeks, and on
every 2 week Dr. visits. Her latest visit was yesterday
and it seems that Zack has went on a MAJOR growth
spurt in the last two weeks. He is measuring at 34 weeks.
Tina will have another ultrasound in 2 weeks to see how
he is doing, but the Dr. told her yesterday that at the rate
he is growing that they will not let her go to full term.
That means that Zack may end up being born in March,
and not April.
So now I MUST hurry and get busy FAST and make stuff
for her and him.

I have two partners for this swap… and I've got the tops for the mug rugs pieced… I'll work on them more tonight. Right now I am struggling through snow removal on the farm… driveway, walkways, barn doors, pasture gates, etc etc etc. It's a lot. My uncle died Monday morning too, so I've been busy with family stuff.
Don't worry swap partners… things are in the works, but I may not mail til next week. Thanks!
