I just hope she liked it, Nothing elaborate, I got a Mr from Susan and loved the design so much, I borrowed the idea.

Thanks Dee - I'm winding up on yours . . . should be mailed on Monday

Jaba - those veggies sure are mouth watering - I'm trying my hand a green peppers this year . . . it seems I can grow flowers much better than veggies

Happy Mother's Day to all!! Enjoy your special day - kick back and relax (ha, ha, ha!)

I got a beautiful mug rug from Suzy0879 this morning. And fantastic extras too.
Thanks a bunch I will use it all as I am a coffe and tea drinker and I only use large mugs like the one you sent. It is a running joke in the family "that mug isn't big enough for mom!" Can't wait to plant the flowers, after this past winter they will be very welcome change!
I am working on yours now. Won't be long.
When my husband brought the mail in he said I think you got something from one of your quilting friends.
    Thanks again!

Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers out there. If you have furry critters out there I consider you a critter Mom. I hope you have a happy Mother's Day too.

I'm a little under 1/2 way through my long string of 12 hour shift for this round. I worked 2, off today and have 3 more shifts to go. Then I have 4 days to make Jaba's mug rug. I have a few ideas on patterns, just debating which one to make for you. I already have all of the other goodies for you. Just need to make the mug rug. Thursday and Friday's project next week.

Again happy Mothe's day everyone, and happy sewing and quilting. Until next week.

lynnie take a deep breath....she may be gone for the weekend. I know I get antsy too! I try to remember when I sew something...would I use this in my house? do I like it? If I can answer yes then I send...I hope they like it but if not that's okay. Maybe they have a gift that they can give someone that will love it. Your partner will post soon I'm sure

Lizzytish, love the swap you got. I wish we could see the big one better... but it looks cool from what I can see. The small one is great with the garden rows on it! Love your 'extras' too. Great swap.

I just got home from vacation and see these fabulous mug rugs and goodies! Super cute everyone! Now I must get busy and make something really nice for my partner that she will like.

Lynnie, I will post a couple of pictures of the Grand Canyon when I get them all uploaded from my phone to my computer.
