I keep checking for my pkg in the mailbox. It's snowing here and my mug needs a new rug! :-)

Brat - That is what I do with ALL my doll quilts and mugrugs is
hang them on the walls in my (short) hall.

I love having them up on display so that every time I walk down
the hall which believe me it feels like a 1000 times a day I feel all
the love that went into each and every one of my DQ's or MR's.

Here are a few pictures to show what my walls look like.

Picture 1 - My TWO newest additions which have not yet made it to the
"wall" of fame.

These are the MR's I got from rwquilts (Ronda) and I totally love them.

FRONT (which Ronda already posted pictures of)

BACK

Picture 2 - This one wall to the left of my kitchen entrance
There is a topographical map of Colorado that hangs above
the DQ's & MR's that I told my hubs had to get moved to so
that I could hang more quilty goodies up. So far he has just
given me dirty looks without comments and ignored me. But
that is what I plan to do this weekend.

Picture 3 - This is just a small area between the two bedroom
doors (ok so the one to the left is actually the fabric room now).
Above the two mug rugs are two painted slate wall plaques with
sewing sayings on them.

Picture 4 - This last picture is the "main" and longest wall
in my hallway. I have tried to utilize as much of the space
as possible, but since I have 4 furkids (cats) well I can't go
to low or the three youngest would end up pulling them off.
There are 17 total hanging on this wall PLUS a couple ornaments
that my friend Teresa (mscupid804) sent to me.

I keep trying to track the ones I sent East, however, the usps.com site tells me that the information is not available on that site. I got the delivery number, the gal at my local post office tells me that delivery confirmation is no longer used, it is free now and to use the numbers on my receipt. Well those numbers do not want to work for me. Anyone else having this problem? I am getting worried because they should of made it by now.

I did not receive a mug rug in the mail today, I received a bonifide Work of Art. A paper pieced wonder by Mariposa in my favourite colours. Even the reverse is fabulous. Plus all kinds of other goodies including a pattern, needle threaders (how did you know my eyes were giving out?), and various teas. What a delightful gift. Thank you very much.

CraftyGal that heart MR is adorable! I think I'd use the lovely coasters for the coffee and the MR for the centerpiece.
