yes, the swap tool comes with the software but i think the problem is like blue said each block is so unique.

i can try to play with it later and we'll see what happens.

It's not that big a deal, honestly, don't worry about it. I was thinking about five or six clicks to recolour, then maybe a minute or two to add the sashing.

I have looked at black and white DJ's on the net, and can imagine in the storm setting. I've just got used to playing in EQ to get a firmer picture, I'm not much of a visualiser.

I can recreate something in quite simply in EQ, just using a few different blocks, and that will give me a good idea.

    :-)

If you have any colors(fabric) in all the blocks that are the same color it will turn each one at the same time. If you use the same gold within 5 differant blocks it will change all of those golds to whatever you are replacing it with. If you are not repeating a color beyond any one block then no it won't help. You can also use this to audition colors for those particular sections that you used the gold in. When you move the cursor over your fabric in the fabric box it will show a differant fabric in your quilt in those sections depending on which fabric your cursor is sittin on at that moment. I use this all the time and I do a lot of scrappy. this is how I choose what looks the best overall.

If each block has it's own color scheme that is not in any other block then this won't help as much.

Love those blue and white ones. So crisp and 'cold' looking.
