Jaba, love both of them, but I'm partial to oriental fabrics so that's by far my fav. In fact, I have that fabric. I love what you did with it. I have quite a stash of orientals, been collecting them for about 4 years now. Guess it's time I did something with them.

OK I forgot I had to PM Rhonda so I just did. My name should be on the next list. Ube I love that Dresden plate pattern. I did the 'Thinking Outside the Block' quilt pattern from ToadUSew, and it is similar to that style but uses Log Cabins for the base pattern.
This WH swap is going to be fun! I have a space ready on my 'gallery wall' - just the wall in my front hallway but I have been using it to display all the WHs I received from the swaps. Can't wait to add another one.

BTW anyone who gets my WH is going to get a little gift along with it - something cheery to wear in the hopes that spring is actually going to show up one of these days. We had one 40 degree day here and now its back to the deep freeze. I tried to get to my mini greenhouses in my backyard yesterday to clear the snow and sank hip deep. I guess I will have to rely on Mother Nature once she gets over her bad mood....

Okay - here is the finished wall hanging - as you can see, I love florals - probably because I do NOT have a green thumb and rely on wall hangings for my floral "fix"! ha ha. Sorry it came out sideways.

It is lovely, Rennie. The simple background lets the flowers bloom. I can't quite tell from the picture but the border fabric looks very much like a fabric I have and has been one of my very favorites for years. I use a piece of it in all my scrap quilts. I don't have much left so I dole it out in bits. Could you maybe post a close up of it just so I can see it.

That is so, so awesome. The passion begins! I just found a EPP group on facebook and some of the work is jaw dropping. Yours will be one of them. Aren't they fun?
