It's been a zoo around here lately -- daughter from Iceland has been visiting & will be here for Thanksgiving. Other daughter is planning to move to CA in January.

So .... I'm a "little" late posting the new mug rug swap, but I did it this morning. I've given everybody an extra day. Hope that's enough time. Go check out the new swap -- & sign up! It will be fun!

We already have a few sign-ups for Birds of a Feather. I'm with you, kariboo -- I love birds, too! It's the only pet I never had, but I enjoy my outside birds & enjoy watching & learning about birds on tv. So, everybody, come join the fun!

I have to say, I have received the most beautiful mug rug from Betty J. I don't think a mug will ever touch it!!! <3 The package was wrapped and tied with ribbon and a bow, so pretty. Inside was the mug rug, a Christmas card with a great message to me, a lace star ornament, a lace snowman ornament, a lace bookmark, pretty snowflake fabric, and wooden snowflakes made where she lives in Australia. I love everything, so thoughtful and generous. Thank you Betty J

Yesterday I received a lovely Christmas Mug rug from Donna along with some lovely holly fabric and an exquisite FSL Sewing machine and a beautiful Christmas card and message. Thank you so much Donna, a very lovely package.
I apologise for the picture, I couldn't get one any lighter despite placing the mug rug etc on a light background. I will try again later as at present I am babysitting my two little grandsons until next Monday. I may have a chance to take another picture once they go to bed.
