Heather, I just love your bear. I did the same bear last year for some babies down in Florida last Christmas but I did not think to add a pocket like you did. Great job.
I just wanted to let everyone know, I completed my wall hanging. I did a paper pieced 'Tree of Life" block and framed it. I did try a new type of binding where you face the quilt instead of wrap regular binding. Took me a while to wrap my brain around how it was done. But I think it looks great. I did free motion quilt it.
Having my 2md cataract surgery next Wednesday (first was last Monday and boy do I love the colors I am seeing now), so won't be on the board much this month. But I will be wishing everyone great success with their wall hangings.

I keep hoping this is the month I can jump back into the swap. Between my job and the two farms I own and manage it keeps me hopping! But I think I will have a small wall hanging completed for this month - YAY!
I love the bear with the zipper. What a clever idea!

Thank you JuneBillie. I just have one more day to wait. But I can tell you it is great seeing colors again. I found my neighbors cars were blue instead of black, like I thought. LOL What a rush.
You will enjoy it as it is the easiest surgery I have ever had. It just takes a while to recover from but there is no pain which is the best part. Good luck with yours,
