    Dear ________,

I've been working on your little quilt. I have worked on it a little here and there. It's been hard to find a lot of time to sit down and work. I have so much going on, it's crazy! My kids have been taking turns getting sick but have caught up and are all sick together this time. Some of the things have been (DD): a sinus infection, an ear infection, another sinus infection; (DS): A sinus infection, about a week after meds stopped, Strep, and about week after those meds stopped he has double ear infections.

The snow storm and loss of electricity haven't helped rush me along...
BUT the quilt is coming along, and I think it is going to be really cute when finally finished. I PLAN to have it out by the deadline. I'm really trying.

I'm very sorry I've made you wait so long, but it isn't late, yet. ;)

    Thank you for your patience!!

Buttercream, sounds like YOU need a break, lol. So sorry to hear about your children, hope they are both feeling better soon and have not passed any germies to you.

Today's just the 21st, we've still got a week. When I signed up, the 31st of December seemed soooo far away. Now it's almost here, and I'm not done yet!

For all you late ones (I being one) when life gets in the way, that is just the way it goes!
Take care of your family and your friends will take care of themselves until all have received what they signed up for.
know what they say about the best laid plans of mice and men <g>

Life happens, and nothing we can do about it, but follow along, so no problem!Besides having to wait , just makes it that much more sweet to receive!!
