Robin, Bless you and your family right now.

As for patients with me it is a lifelong race between "patients" and "nosey". I am sure Amma can come up with an amazing poem for the race, but all I know is "nosey" usually wins. I didn't want to stress my partner. Take your time, I will be here chewing my nails. No worries. Oh and ignore that twitch.

Robin - I hope things go well for your DMIL and your DH...hard times and all we can do is hope that she gets better or that her end is peaceful. I was in the room with my grandma when she passed at 95. It was peaceful...but very sad. I loved her sooooo much. Sending you (((((((((hugs)))))))) and lots of strength.

Robin -- no matter how prepared you think you are, it's never easy to let go. May the good memories bring you comfort and peace. Thoughts and prayers are with you. (My mom died 23 years ago on the same day. Puts Christmas in a whole new perspective.)

Robin, I am so sorry for your situation, my thoughts are with you. But on a brighter note, I got my secret quilt today!

Wooo Hoo, Youme was my secret partner!!!!! I have a lovely little Japanese quilt, plue some edible goodies, and a beautiful three D flower I can put in my hair. Thank you soooo much, Youme. By the way, for the interested, what looks like hexagons in black and white in the centre are tiny kaleidoscopes (6 triangles) and the whole thing is hand quilted too. Did I say thank you Youme? Thank you again.

What a wonderful quilt! I love the colors! Black and white has been a favorite combo of mine since I was a teenager. Love the kaleidoscopes!
