Chele I just wanted to say thank-you for hosting this doll swap it was my first and I did do alot of stressing on whether the person recieiving it would be kind and remember I am very new to quilting. I really wanted to get in on the current swap but didn't even seen the announcement and deadline for sign up until today...just was way to busy during the holidays.
    Thanks again.

    Not for something this important...haha

I GOT MINE! I GOT MINE! And you'd all be jealous if I could get a picture to work... lol. My partner was Y-BirdyGal. The quilt is a star in bird fabric, blues and purples. Too cute for words! I also received a tea cup and tea... and I love tea. Tea and Birds! Its almost as if the quilt was made especially for me... ha, ha!

    Thanks Diane! I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So glad you got it with all the nasty weather...we've been getting some and expecting more soon. Guessed at the tea but it is my beverage of choice too. I'm not savy on getting a pic on the computer....so go for it.

Oh Shelanie that 30's quilt is just wonderful! I love the design and the color!

The one you made is really cute! Great design! That is interesting how you did the trees.
