    Actually, the camera did a good job of capturing the colors - surprise, surprise, for once. I tried to add some holiday theme with the backing, but the front is just pure old fashioned postage stamp...with a modern fabric twist!

    As for where it goes...that remains to be seen. I will say it is traveling some distance this time!

    I actually started cutting out my pieces last night. This is my first little quilt and I am realizing how much more attention one must pay to the seam line. Holy seam allowance, Quiltgirl.

    Ooooh, Esq., is it coming to Ireland? It's lovely and would look really nice next to my others.

    Do not try to pressure ESQ into ruining her surprise, but as you can plainly see, that wonderful shade of vibrant blue clearly indicates that the little quilt is coming to me.
