Kelly, I just LOVE your quilt!! It is so darling. The color placement is perfect...don't be hard on yourself...you are so talented! What a neat quilt design too.

I learned a lot (like don't back quilts with a textured fabric, lot's of broken stitches and forget about machine quilting! and to really look at the fabric placement- I can see a huge puddle of white in the upper left corner that if I were to do over I could have dispersed around the quilt more) and I really enjoyed the process, lessons included.
I stitched the binding down one day while I was out to the park with my boys, enjoying the last of the good weather. There was something so satisfying about being able to sit there happily stitching in the sunshine, I'm glad to have that memory (it may sound foolish, but I really had a great time that day).

Rec'vd this totally orginally created piece from Melisa T. It is so fab and just the right motif and colors. I love it!!!!!!! I'm taking it to my Art Quilt group meeting tonight for show & tell. Thank you so very much. Moosegirl

Everyone is so far ahead of me!! I have an idea, and a little fabric starting to gather together. Good thing I have a few weeks to get it done. Hope my partner doesn't think I forgot...just busy. I researched her profile and I think she'll like what I have in mind...if I can just get it going!! :-) All these quilts so far are just wonderful....we certainly do have a very talented and inspired group here!!! Bravo!!! (Clapping Hands)
