I made a suprise out of the scrap fabric for my partner today.
The actual doll quilt will hopefully be done this week, but my little suprise wiped me out.
Gonna go take a nap first, then try to finish up.
I hope she likes it!

Just catching up...was up in the North Georgia mountains for our annual multi-generational family fall getaway for a long relaxing extended weekend. In between eating, playing, gabbing and hiking I managed to go through a large stack of various quilting magazines and got lots of inspiration. Now if I can just narrow it down I'll be off and running into my sewing room pretty soon to get started. So far I love all the quilts and teasers that have been shown and would be delighted to receive any (or all) of them. Lots of great talent here :)
