Hi swap buddies. The little saying WHing has gotten a little further along in the process. The four corners where the prairie points meet are a little off so buttons will be the solution to hide them. I have to come up with a haiku to finish the back.
    Enjoy!

Awww that is so cute. I decorated so late this year, and half the lights went out on my tree so no pictures. I did get the infinity scarves done, along with my no sew fleece scarves so I did ok. Happy holidays!

Hi Swap buddies. I have actually finished the quilt for the swap. Being on a short furlough has given me time to secret myself away in my sewing room. Here's the result so far. Makes me smile in spite of the mistakes, I laugh at them, HA! Mistakes can't stop me!

    Title: Happiness

two pieces of fabric are upside down

centering of haiku is off and one line is crooked

i somehow shifted the hanging sleeve when sewing it on, oops! It won't interfere with hanging it so I'm not going to repair it and that's that!

    Enjoy my happy.
    peace

Love watching the progress on your wall hanging. the upside down letters make it more real and gives you a smile.
Happy New Year. I have a couple wallhanging UFO projects that will be applied here. Will start working on them in January.

Very cute! I am contemplating a machine quilted Cathedral Stars hanging by Shelly Swanland. However the book directions are VERY difficult to follow and the piecing is really finicky. I think I may have found an easier method so we will see if this ever makes the light of day.....

I like them both, but I really love the colors of Marion's Sunshine. It is so bright and cheery.
