OK here is the finished top. I marked the quilting lines after I took the picture. However, my understanding with Cathedral Stars is that you don't generally use batting, just the backing. Is that true? Will I need to change my FMQ to accommodate no batting? It doesn't seem heavy - should I use batting anyway?

Thanks Anoka Quilter! I got her when I was going through medical issues that left me stuck at home on the couch most of the time. She kept me company all the way through and even now I just have to tell her I am going to the studio and she is ready to come with me. She is my first small dog and I am very happy with her personality.

Okay, Haha, let me make this more clear, the back of the quilt before you put the backing on. I wanted to see what it looks like. If you have the backing on already, you will just have to remove it so I can see it
! Really it is no big deal, just was curious. I still think it is a stunning piece of work even without seeing the back.peace
