The bookcase quilt is wonderful J. It will be cherished and the enjoyment you have in making it rings clear. A very happy quilt memory.

Thanks Rhonda for enjoying your swap!

I haven't been on much but I am working on a few small projects this weekend. Mini log cabin in bright colors and a mini square in square in the same little bits of fabric. The bits that aren't big enough for the Sq in Sq are going into the log cabin. Doing them at the same time is necessary for me or I will certainly lose the little bits before I get to finish them. It would be easy to mistakenly sweep them into the garbage.

I will post pictures Friday of the progress.
    peace

Kass, what was the red thingy going to be? I am curious and haven't a clue.

Progress on the little quilts is moving along. Here are a few views. I have Marion to thank for this one and the future mini log cabin. These may be the swap quilt, or......!

Haven't joined in on this swap for sometime, mostly because I haven't been home much throughout the past year. But I'm working part time now and spending much more time in my sewing room. I actually started a wallhanging for the last swap but life and time got away from me and it was never finished. If I stick to the promise I made to myself to complete some UFO's you just might see my name on the list of completed WH's.

    PS...love Marion's Sunshine!!!

The red thing was going to be covered w/ gold lame', which went well, I was going to make a curtain rod of it. I couldn't get it to look right w/ several attempts, so I am not doing that now.

Ube, love your work in progress. Even though it is very busy I tend to like the orange print border better then the dark blue border.
