We have a bright orange flowered native tree that blooms around Christmas and is known as a Christmas tree . The pattern I am using is to represent a bush fire but with all the bad fire over your way I didn't want to do that yet I wanted to try the design so I came up with this idea . I hope who receives it will be happy with it

I've never heard of a twisted log cabin block but it sure looks interesting. I will be researching it . Love the colors and Marion, I like the second one best.

    Nailed it. LOL
My quilted wall hanging pic #1. Picture I copied from #2. Just eyeballed it and drew my own stencils. I should have referred back to the picture more. I will do something else. Sorry. It will be done on time. 😋😂😋😂

Marionsquilts, I like them all...I think #3 is my favorite.

    Boop56, I think it’s cute!

Here is my mini with some potential border fabrics, I can’t make up my mind...

Peanut gallery here, just been lurking but I like the black border best.

And the 3rd one, the quilting is awesome, something I aspire to. (I am a piecer more then a quilter)

Pam, wow, why not make it a scrappy border. I like all of them around your barn.

Granky, darling quilt. I love simple patchwork. It just calls to me.

MarionsQuilts, I love the Star and the Purple one. But, all are really really pretty. Your quilting is stunnig.

I too consider myself a piecer more then a quilter. My quilting still needs lots of work.

skaduzy, great little machine. I love the colors your working with.

R-sea, great pattern. I love the bright colors.

Boop56 I thought you did a great job replicating your inspiration. Yours has a darling face.
