Started my mini yesterday. Going slow because DH has decided we need to get the yard completely clean this fall. Yesterday I planted 50 daffodil bulbs and we dug a huge water plant out of the tiny little pond we have . It was taking over. This morning I divided the Irises. I left him to clean up that mess while I started the laundry. This afternoon I will sew. And try to ignore any of his suggestions.

Ohhh tesspug, I love daffodils! I have a few but not nearly as many as you planted. Our iris's also need to be divided, we didn't have many blooms this year. We are leaving Alabama on Tuesday to spend the holidays in Wisconsin, I'm afraid the ground may be too frozen to divide. I'm not happy about leaving temps in the 70's for the frozen tundra that awaits us.

letsquilt, so glad you like it. Not perfect by any means, it's been awhile since I did embroidery but I knew I had this pattern and it just "clicked" with the theme. Hope you can enjoy it for awhile, then you'll have to change for Christmas. I had fun making it for you, thanks for being my partner.

Forgot to add, thank you all for the wonderful comments. To be honest, it's always nice when someone else likes what you make or do and when they let you know. All of you are my inspiration that makes me want to do better. Thank you
