Mary, I thought you guys got snow. it's cold in the house. dh is freezing but no heat in my house
till it's snowing in the living room. Seriously though, I feel put a sweatshirt on or use a quilt.
DUH, we have enough in this house. We'll need heat for about the next 5-6 months, so lets hold off as long as we can.

Karen thanks for the name. Now I will have to get started too.
We woke up to snow, but it didn't stay on long. It was on the trees and grass which we usually don't have with a first snow. We do have heat on. I get cold and then hot and back to cold. We keep adjusting up and down all the time. lol..I don't have a problem with our heating bills. It's the summer ones that are horrible to pay to keep cool.
Pat you will have fun looking at all the things you will find for the holidays, etc.

Rosemary, nice purses and snowmen. I don't even want to think about heating bills.
I'm a bit chilled b/c of the dampness, I'll go take a warm shower to warm up.

I agree with you Rosemary. When it becomes a business it's not fun any more.

I feel the same, sewing and quilting are my hobbies, I wouldn't enjoy it if I was always doing it for work. It would become a job then.

I bought a turkey Friday and put it in the freezer. I am getting ready for that day. I am cooking it which I haven't cooked much in a long time. I look forward to it. It will be baked very slowly.

It is 48* outside right now and 59* inside my house when I got up. I had to turn on the heat to take the chill off. This is unusually cold for Florida this time of year. Crazy weather. It will get back up into the 80's this week.
Pat, I will be up there in about 3 weeks so keep that snow away until after I've come and gone!!! I rented a car and haven't driven in snow in 30 years. Yikes!
