I have been doing that when I make a pc I make a matching nc. It's a good idea. Karen it's ok for us to get our names when you get back from chilly Ohio. It's 37 right now but at least so far no snow. I'm going to the library book sale shortly and then going to my favorite thrift store in Brunswick. I don't have to babysit today. I went to the one in my city this week and got a full length 100% wool coat that is light cream color. And with the 1/2 price tag and my senior discount I paid $2.14. Yesterday I also got my new shovel. Hope I don't have to use it soon.
    Everyone have a great day

Here is a picture of the table runner I finished for my niece. My niece and family just built a new house so this is a combo Christmas and House Warming gift. It isn't perfect but I still like it and hope she will too.

Karen that came out really nice. I just love those trees. She will love it.
I just came back from 4 1/2 hrs of shopping and riding. I did get 2 wool blazers but paid $4.25 for both so that wasn't really a bargain but it was colors I wanted. At one point I did see some snowflakes and the temp never got over 38. Tomorrow is the big day for the craft fairs and it's going to be a heat wave at 48.

Karen, that's a beautiful table runner. I have real weakness for table runners … I think everyone I know here & in Ireland has one I made!

As for the December swap, the matching pc & nc is a great idea! December's swap should be special! The dates are fine with me. I just have to figure out what I will make & then see if I can actually do two sets, because I'd love to be able to do that. What a wonderful idea!
