I finally finished my DGD quilt and thought I would post a picture. I'll be taking it with me when I go to Ohio next week.

I changed my avatar. This is the only snow I want to see! That is, after I come back to Florida from Ohio for Thanksgiving.

Karen what a pretty quilt. You can drop it off to me in Missouri on your way. I'm just a little detour out of the way to Ohio. LOL. What a cute avatar.

Pat, cute little owls, they are so cute. I must have been writing when Dwina posted it.

What kind of goodies are coming in next month, the holiday package?????
OMG, all those goodies. Is everyone done with theirs and ready to mail???

And. love your new avatar. we're under a flood today, if it was snow, we'd be snowed in.

Mary I think I have you beat by the snow. It snowed here almost all day and now the sun is out. Sadie has such a beautiful face. I had to let the dogs out today and no one was staying out any longer than needed. I didn't even go out for the ride today. I did shovel the driveway twice.
I'm glad that you both liked what I made and thank you for the feedback.
Karen you did such a great job on your quilt and I love the snow avatar. Too cute.
Patchesnposies you made a great matching nc and pc. I love the fabric
Dwina I'm glad you are feeling better
Lynnie I haven't even decided what I'm making for next month.
Karen here is a pic of what I got today. Ashtabula is supposed to get 12" on top of the 14 they got last week. Good thing I don't live up near the Lake

I feel so intimidated by the lovely pincushion "sculptures" some of you ladies have made but would love to learn how to make something so lovely.

I would like to know what shape you started out with. The squirrel looks like it would definitely be for an advanced artist! What would be good for a beginner to try?

All of you ladies are such an inspiration!
