Thank you for the nice comments on the quilt. Like all teenagers these days, I'll be luck to even get a thank you. It's a shame. But I enjoyed making it anyway.

I made them from a pincushion pattern. I'm not smart enough to just think them up. My friend can make things just by looking at them. The hardest part of the squirrel was sewing it onto the pincushion.
Lynnie almost all of my wool comes from blazers, coats and skirts. I usually don't go to Goodwill as the one near me is small but we have other thrift shops near me.

Roserips you did receive a nice package with the pumpkin pincushion and goodies. The Kleenex holder has such pretty colors in the fabric.

Cuppy that is a nice package you received from Patchesnposies. Very cute pincushion and needle case. Those little snowmen are so cute. I like the teacup fabric, and Celtic Cross. It's sweet that your daughter likes to help you with this.

Great snow pics Mary, and of your sweet fur baby.

Mary what a nice squirrel pincushion from Pat. He's a cutie for sure. Cute acorn pot holder and other acorns. so many cute things. Nice package Pat. Nice post cards from your area and where you have been. Those earrings are so cute. Who wouldn't love those little cow earrings? Candy yum!

Dwina wow you too receivced such an adorable pincushion with the owl. All those cute acorns, buttons, potholder, and postcards. You were very busy Pat. Great job!

Karen that is a very pretty quilt you made. Nice pattern, and the colors.

Such pretty fancy pins I seen too.

I have such a hard time posting to this site, I can't seem to do it from my phone (which is how i access it about 90% of the time, going to have DH take a look and see if he can fix that for me).

    Ladybug, I LOVE the pincushion

I tried taking notes of names, but with 2 little ones and one of our sweet kitties helping out.....UGH!

    Love the needle cases....

So fun to see all the different pincushions & ideas for needle cases. The embroidery. The squirrel. The Acorn potholder.... so much creativity here!

Just wanted to apologize for being so quiet...so many times I'm on my phone and try and reply and can't...I'm surprised my phone isn't tossed into the next county by now!

I just sent emails to several people who I haven't heard from recently and haven't mailed yet. Hopefully everything is ok with them and no major family problems.

Karen, about thank yous....my husbands sister makes her kids call and say thank you. My sister doesn't have her kids call ever. You have to ask them if they liked it. when it comes to getting gifts, they will call and ask. How rude!

I need to go to the thrift store, that's where i'll find wool. Thank you for the idea.

No pc here yet. Maybe tomorrow.
