I really like those little pumpkin pie pincushions in the tins. So cute! Great job Karyn!

Soooo, here I am, on the bench again. At least there's no snow. If we had Buffalos snow, we'd never get out here.
Anyone else on the bench. I'll make some hot cocoa and chai, we'll have some homemade warm chocolate chip cookies and shoot the breeze. Anyone want to join me. Oh, by the way, i'm packed and ready to ship for December.

Just a quick note to my swap partner Lilmunchinbutt -- found a package from you as I got home from work just now. Have to make a quick supper & then have a 6 p.m. meeting to go to (ugh). I've decided to wait until after the meeting to open it so I can really enjoy the process. (I think that's what I'll do anyway.) Just wanted you to know it got here safely!

Ctyankee, I wanted you to know I got the pretty needle book, and mug rug you made me. I also got a post card with the most interesting historical information. She knows I like to read so she also made me the cutest book marks, and sent a sweet note card with a kitty and puppy on it. My needle case has inside some very pretty autumn pins. Me and my husband have been gone all day, so I will post some pictures a bit later today. Thank you so so much Ctyankee. I love my package. All hands off! lol.....

Those pie pincushions are so cute, and in those little pie tins is the perfect touch.
That hexie needle book is really pretty. I love making hexies too, and they are addicting.

Lynnie you aren't the first person to call me a nut. I've been called worse.

I can't believe how much snow some are getting. It isn't even winter yet. I wonder what winter will be like? lol...

Those pie tins are so cute. I would have never thought of using them for a pc. The hexie nc looks like a very nice one, love the colors.
We are suppose to get a mix tonight thru morning. Hope we can get to my DH's appts tomorrow. When he was sick something happened to his eyes. He said they felt like they were dilated because everthing was so bright. His eye Dr.
wants to check them, since he has eye complications from diabetes. His diabetes appt is also tomorrow. He has an insulin pump. One Dr is 2 1/2 hrs and the other is 2 hours away. With mixed percipatation and cold weather the roads could be a mess. I hate black ice. The older I get the more it bothers me to be on slippery roads. Sometimes it doesn't pay to live so far away from the big cities.

Here are some pictures of the extremely cute needle book with pretty pins inside that ctyankee made me plus an equally cute mug rug. I love the fabrics you used ctyankee. You are very talented. You will also see the post card, note card, and the corner bookmarks she made. It is a very nice package of goodies.

Turkeys on the top! Talking Turkey!

Inside of my needle case with the pretty beaded pins ctyankee made.

Picture of everything. I love the Indian Corn Fabric on the back of the needle book. The postcard is of Torrington, Connecticut.
Ctyankee and her husband have both had their own radio show.
Thank you again Pamela for my very nice package.

Susan, please don't take it personally. I'm just thinking of myself, first trying to get down on my bad knees, then i'd have to roll over to get up, that would ruin the snowangel and make it look like a glob. Oh, I don't even want to think about it. what a mess!!!
ct yankee, looking forward to see what you got. can't wait.

speaking of waiting. anyone want to sit on the bench with me???

Dwina, take it easy on the black ice.
