I am starting to get a little worred about the package I mailed out. First it took 5 days to even leave the post office where I dropped it off, and now it's been another 5 days and it hasn't moved. Ten days and it hasn't even arrived at the sort facility??? And yet they plan to raise the postal rates, geez.

Also can you let me know if you would like for your name/address
to be shared with other members who are signing up. I have had a
few requests of my list, but I will NOT share anything unless I am
given permissions to do so.
In my database I set up a field that will be marked YES or NO for
sharing, anyone with a NO will not be shared
.

SO the information I am now seeking is as follows:

favorite color:
LEAST favorite color:
favorite flower:
LEAST favorite flower:
Do you want your address shared? (yes or no):

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I want to thank everyone who so far have sent me their
mailing addresses. They have been added to my database.
Also something else if/when you send me your addresses
if you would please also include the following so that I could
list that info.
favorite color(s)
LEAST favorite color
favorite flower(s)
LEAST favorite flower
Although I did not take part this month, I have been sewing. I thought you might like to see one of the little things I have been making for Christmas. So here goes, my first attempt at posting a picture! yeeha! It worked. It is the size that is important. Jpeg images must not be more than 1.92 MB. I compressed this one and it worked!
does anyone here own this block book? if so, did you find it helpful? it includes plenty of blocks but does not include the instructions on how to make them which is fine with me. it shows you how to grid the blocks so that you can make them any size you want. and if you really need the instructions, i am sure you can find that particular block with directions online somewhere else.
i just got it from amazon and find it a good resource.
Thought my other package might arrive today, not to be...so I baked the cornbread for my dressing for Thanksgiving (we are having our dinner on Wednesday, (I have to work on Thanksgiving)! Baking pies tomorrow and sweet potatoes, as well as making the cranberry salad (new recipe)...so I will be busy, but will be thinking of everyone on the bench. If I am still package-less after Thanksgiving, I will come to the bench with a little Bailey's for our hot cocoa, what do ya think?
