on pg 47 a few members have shared how to change your setting from Basic Editor to Enhanced Interface and from there you will have the a tool panel above the msg you are writing to attach pictures ( attachments are located in the 3rd block from the RIGHT on the tool bar.)

For those of you who DO NOT have the QUICK REPLY BOX, you will need to change your settings if you want to post pics, change your fonts, etc. GO HERE:
You have to change your settings... Go to SETTINGS, scroll down to GENERAL SETTINGS, then scroll down and click " Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing." This is what you need to use the QUICK REPLY box in posts or in PM's. At the top of this box you'll see icons where you can change your font, add a picture, etc., just mouse over the icon and it will guide you from there. So before you do anything make sure your settings are changed. Have fun!

i have the quick reply box but all of the squares above this block are only white squares. there are no icons in them. is there something else i need to do?

hmmm, on my computer, this is page 50...I see you noted you do have the tool bar and if you click the 3rd box from the Right (larger rectangular box and there is no icon on it) it should allow you to add an image.
