I was wondering the same thing! LOL What are thread socks?
A little mesh tube to put over spools of thread so they will evenly unwind off of the spool when you sew-especially if you are sewing fast. Sergers always come with them 'cause you usually sew really fast with these machines. I'm afraid I don't use mine. I'll probably start when I get a tangled mess!

Oh I am glad you got it this soon, after reading how long it can take to reach your area I was worried it would be really late. I hope the teal was the right color. To me, there are two kinds of teal a greenish one and a blueish one. I hope I made the right choice. :D I hope you liked everything, have a Happy Thanksgiving!

AWESOME! One year on another board I belonged to, my pal from Australia sent me some vegemite. I never opened it as I heard it was an acquired taste.

You were told right,it is an acquired taste, however, most non aussies tend to use it like jam, and pile it on toast, if you use it sparingly it tastes so much better. Having said that, I only eat vegemite if I'm unwell or pregnant. And seeing my baby days are over, and I don't get ill much now, I don't eat it often, cos I can't stand the taste!!

Isn't vegemite another name for Marmite? If so, my English husband laps that stuff up like a kitten drinks milk. It's so gross! lol
