Problems with people not carrying through after they sign up, etc. I am sure that is not the only problem but it is one that i know of.

I'm always ready to try something new! I realize this swap may not have been your original vision but it'll still be fun. I'll PM you later after I think about the answers to the form with questions.

Well, I'm sorry to hear that. It's too bad that a few slackers have to spoil things for others. It's been fun.

I'm trying to work out with Admin to continue the secret pal swaps. There will be a LOT of people that will not be allowed to join.

I think there is room for both swaps.

Is it possible that people didn't know that they needed to let the swap organizer know that they received their gift? November was my first swap and until someone else mentioned it, I didn't know I needed to respond. Maybe a blanket message or email to all participants who did not reply would let you know if at least some of those were like me and didn't know the protocol. I did the December swap also and have sent mine out. Hopefully it will arrive soon! Thanks for your time and effort toward this fun activity.

Yes, that is indeed a possibility and was the case for some. I am in the process of sending out emails to ask the people if they received their stuff.

I do hope the swaps can continue - it is a shame that some individuals do not follow through on a promise. I would NEVER want to let anyone down .
I would also like to thank both you and Bonni for hosting the swaps - you have both done a fantastic job.

Oh my goodness - good things come to those who wait! My package was late because my secret pal was waiting for Hubby to make his special peanut brittle to include. Oh yes, it was good! Thank you Stitchesnstaples - so much. I cannot believe you sent so many things and everything was perfect. Picture attached showing: hummingbird tapestry square, a Carousel tin (and Spokane has a famous Carousel too!), Xmas mug with Heath bar and Land o Lakes cocoa (my favorite cocoa!) a pattern called Sweet Stuff, batik fat quarters, seam ripper and needles and a box of Good 'n Plenty. Thank you so much!
