This is not supposed to be political or religious, so all I'll say is Fox isn't high on my list of TV News Shows.

WooHoo!!! I got to open my doll quilt from Darlene...I was waiting until she received mine!!! It is such a beauty too!! She hand quilted around all of the flowers and fruits and they "pop up" like the have been trampunto'd!!! The fabric she sent along is so pretty too and a card that she made for me too!!! Thank you so much Darlene I LOVE IT!!! :D :D :D

I am so happy that you like it and thank you all for your nice comments!!!

The red blocks were approx 4 1/2" square
The blue fabric was approx 6" X 5"
Fold the fabric in half wrong sides together and press a crease in it so that it is 3" X 5"
Open it wrong side up and fold the sides in to the crease and press it well
Turn it over and center the end on the side of the red square, sew it on with a 1/8" seam
Sew the other side the same way, the blue fabric buckled up slightly as it is longer.
Make as many of these squares as needed and sew them together like you would any squares. Add borders and bind.
Then take a piece of ribbon and tie a knot with it in the center of the blue pieces to make a bow out of the square. Hung one way they look like bows, the other way is interesting also.

The ribbon came from Michael's Craft Store, it is different...I wanted something that would not fray...it is a very dark blue color.
