Quilt4u what a wonderful quilt!! So old fashioned looking and love the silk flowers!!

Bettia I would never have put those fabrics together but I can see I need to expand my ideas of fabric as this is just so beautiful! The fabrics go together so well! I love all the DQs but this is in my top favorites list!

You know the thing that strikes me about all these quilts is they are a window into the way we each see fabrics and the art of quilting. I feel so blessed to be able to enjoy each quilter's point of view of quilting!! The diversity is astounding! Where we all take this art is yet to be seen in future swaps!!

SURPRISE!!!! My special doll quilt came today from Knot Sew. I was so excited when I saw the package that I left all of the other mail on the door sill and flopped down on the stairs to open my gifts. The blessed message was right on time.Thank you a milllion. The colors are so very perfect for this Fall season. My little dolls in the guest room will be happy to share your treasure to keep the chill off The fat quarter has great possibilities; I cannot wait to use it. This swap was really an adventure. I will try to post pictures.
