October 2018 to December 2018 Table Runner Swap
#121
I am giddy with delight at my new sewing machine, gifted to me today from a friend, quilter and coworker. <3
Her name is Mary Louise, a 1953 chain stitch, hand crank that makes beautiful stitches. Even though it is a childs toy, it is a working machine.

OH my gosh, Ube, that is adorable!!! How cool is that? I've never seen a toy one...So thoughtful of your friend. Stitches looks wonderful, too. Have fun....and, I'm with Mary on the cake stand. So cute.

The cake stand is another one of my favorite tools that I use by my machine to hold all my small stuff. I stack two of them and it is perfect for the pin cushions, markers, small rulers, spools, glue, Chaco liner and all that little stuff that gets lost so easily. Thanks

2 pieces of good news! First of all, the little farmer's Mom & Dad loved the applique/quilted wall hanging! Whew! And ….. drum roll please, I've finally started the runner. Have decided to do a snowflake applique so hope it goes to somebody who actually has a winter like we do! Will post a sneak peak soon!
