    Well Ladies,

We have already had snow here in the UK... which is unusual before January.... and even then it is not overly usual!

So, we may have a white Christmas this year!

As to the theme... Winter is winter.... whatever that is where you live in the world.... it could be snow, Robbins or other winter birds, winter animals or just colours that represent winter! Whatever you want.

    Hugs

    Caroline

I started my table runner yesterday, after I had got Christmas sorted. I'm pleased with how it looks so far.

Want to wish everyone a peaceful and happy time this winter holiday season. My belief has always been, and it's what I have always told my children, is that whenever we spend time together, it is a holiday regardless of the time of year. My youngest is far away this year, so we will spend time with our oldest son who, in 3yrs 2 months has 4 beautiful little girls. Whew, they're a busy group after having twin girls in the spring. They are precious.

A peace filled season to everyone. I started working on the table runner today. After a few down days due to a cold, feeling better just in time for a few days off and am so happy to be in my studio.

It never fails that when I am working at my machine and glance through the window I am given a delightful surprise. This time was a visit from an otter. At first I thought a duck had landed in the pond but I couldn't see the duck, just a ripple in the water and out pops this sweet little critter. It stayed for about 20 minutes, caught a few crayfish, had a nice chilly swim and headed back to ???? Wonderful to know they are near by and welcome to the pond any time they want.

Not a good picture but what a delight on Christmas Eve.
