petthefabric -- I didn't know American Eskimo dogs were that tiny! Mine, named Jack, is 14 years old & weighs 35 lbs.

I'd love to see a photo of your 14-pounder! This photo was from last winter. Jack really loves the snow & literally throws himself into snowbanks!

Calla, I am so sorry to hear of your medical issues. How is your pancreas? Your eye sounds like you need a lot of care there. You will be in my prayers for sure. I wouldn't stress about anything on here, because I am sure your person is very understanding. Sometimes life just happens. Let us know how everything goes.

Petthefabric I am sorry about your kitties. We lost our big white kitty Charlie 2 years ago. We had him about 10 years, and I don't know how long the people before us had him, so I think he was quite old.
Our fur babies are family for sure.

calla -- sorry to hear about your medical problems. I work for the VNA, & what people have to go through is really an eye-opener. I've been there for many years, but it doesn't get any easier. Life is definitely a challenge, in & of itself. Sending healing thoughts your way.

Finally finished my postcard! Woohoo! Just have to fill out the back & it'll be on its way to the other side of the country! Yippee! It'll go out Tuesday, for sure (since Monday is a holiday for the post office & certain other lucky people).
