    Betty J, I just got on the board a bit ago, and here I come on to see the beautiful post card, and all those beautiful leaves. You really out did yourself. They all are just so pretty. I really like those little houses with all the leaves falling. I will be able to decorate with all those separate leaves. I will be waiting on all those beauties. I am sure they will make it here with a bit more time. Thank you so much Betty for all those pretties. I don't have an embroidery machine. They really make some nice things.

    Nan62 that is a really cute card from dfelker. It made me laugh for sure.

    We are almost ready to close out the month. There are still just a few that I am waiting to hear from. And, I know they will get there soon.

    Now, about the postage, of course, do what you all want to do, but, I just sent a postcard off to Wandin, North, Victoria, Australia. I mailed off 10/13/15 And, she let me know that she received my postcard 10/23/15. I have mailed her fabric, cards, I-Spy charms (over 100) and it has never taken that long. I know I was taking my chances. But, I have never used the tracking. I really can't afford to. Of course, I don't know where this is compared to where you live BettyJ. I do so hope all your pretties make it to JuneBillie. It really would be a shame to have those pretties sit out in Postal land. And, sometimes, with time, they do make it to the recipient.
    Judith, I am not in the habit of mail going astray, so this is a real shock to me. Maybe I should have just taken my chances and mailed air mail with no tracking, but I really thought I was doing the correct thing in paying for tracking and the Post Office suggested the express mail which should have only taken 5 days at the most. I guess we live and learn and share the disappointment of not having our package turn up on time. However, I have lodged a lost mail item with Australia Post and if the postcard can't be found I will make another and mail it air mail and take the chance.

    Thank you for organising this post card swap, I have enjoyed seeing all the postcards.

    Sweet maple leaf postcard & another cute scarecrow one! The postcards this month have been super wonderful. I enjoyed seeing each & every one of them. Good job, ladies!
