Calla, the swap sign up closes on the last day of the month. The 30th. Names are assigned by the First. Usually I send out the names Late on the evening of the 30th.

You all can start whenever you would like. I am going to pair you with whichever theme you picked with a person of the same theme choice. If you are a either, I also am pairing you with an either. (Surprise your partner with whatever you come up with for either Fall or Halloween.)

That's a good idea JuneBillie. I usually start with my sketch then move to pull from what I have on hand. Buy a specific item that I can't live without and then create. I hate to stop in the middle of a project. And, from there, my project will usually come together pretty quickly. Then, I put back everything I drug out. I hate though, when I get a particular embellishment in my head that I just have to have to complete a project. Especially since I may not be able to find it.

I enjoy Judith hearing how others work through their process for their projects. I enjoy so much what I learn from others on here.

I also have lots of ideas ladies. I have 3 Halloween cards started and 1 Fall card started. Finally, I think my mojo is returning. I have been picking up in my sewing room. Once I got it all straightened up, I was really ready to create. So many fun ideas for October.

Just a few more days until names go out. I have been working in my sewing room the last few days. I'm going to start us out with a little inspiration. I am choosing to go with the Halloween theme. It's like my favorite holiday. But, this card is for my mom. She is definitely a FALL person. She loves everything from the decorations and colors to her favorite holiday, Thanksgiving. So, I'm sending her FALL.
