Wohoo!!! WELCOME to any new ( and current) SECRET PAL swappers, I'm fairly new at it too... This monthly activity is SO MUCH FUN... LOVE IT. Never thought making a treasure and shopping for a fellow quilter who I do not know, would be fun, but it is. Love the follow up messages also to keep in contact.

I haven't been on the board or posting much the last few days and wanted you to know that my mother did pass quietly in the very early morning hours of yesterday. During her declining health I found comfort and humor in the postings on the secret pal swap site which helped me to cope and release some of my stress! I have appreciated the prayers and thoughts that people sent to me and for their caring attitude. Please feel free to share if you feel it is appropriate.
and yes I will still be participating in SP for October as I think I am going to need a diversion. Koko

I am very excited for this one! I put in for two, and today I am in Montana, uhm, NO SALES TAX!! And of course my ultimate favorite of favorites quilt store is in Glendive, The Enchanted Room, so while I am here, hoping she has some more goodies back in her special room, I am going to pick up my SP's some cool stuff! :D
