I woke up out of a deep sleep last night...OMG!!! My DH said what's wrong? WHAT'S WRONG?!?!? I mailed my SP's Squishies with pincushions WITH PINS IN THEM... Squishy with Pins...not good!!! Please be careful if you receive a package with Moedeenie or Maureen in the return address...

And what if the postal workers gets pricked? My gosh...I have a feeling I am going to find myself on a poster at the Post Office before this month is out... One is traveling across the pond...will it make it through customs?....

IF they are delivered...Please Open with Caution!!!!!

    Lesson learned! I promise!!!

    Hugs, Maureen aka Moedeenie
Well if it doesn't go through customs and they end up hauling you to the clinker...we will all bail you out IF they will take fabric. Or maybe even Chocolates...hmmm I am sure there is something that we can bribe customs with. LOL. And now...Stop worrying. The worse they can do is open it up see what you did....laugh a little...and send it back to you. Or if it was me working customs that is what I would do. LOL
Thanks Deanna! It is comforting to know that you have a hearty stash and that Charles has a BIG box of Candy on hand to bribe customs with should they send the quilt police after me!

Sorry, but my package didn't go to Charles this month. Please let him know that I hope we get partnered up sometime in the near future!!!
    I will tell him.

Thanks, but I made a mistake and sewed two like squares near each other. Foo. Didn't notice it until it was done.
It is so pretty probably no one else will notice.
What did you think of the shirt. Hard to see but it says As Ye Sew, So Shall Ye Rip. I have a bunch of similar quilty embroidery designs and was thinking of having my unemployed son stitch them out to sell at my guild's holiday fair.
I like the shirt. I kept enlarging the photo to see what it said but could not read it. Really cute and SEW true.
Here's the url for the set http://www.emblibrary.com/el/Product...log=Emblibrary
Wish I had an embroidery machine =(

Nice packages, folks! Love all the handmade stuff. I don't think I've ever written "handmade" on my likes, etc. Guess I figured that was a given with this group.
Hey, when you said west and near a body of water, I thought MI or MN, but you are sending way west. CA swappers, Package alert!!!
Could be Oregon too...you know there is Crater Lake in Oregon. LOLOL

Aww I know where Tualatin Oregon is....bad memories of that place. Make a long story short..my ex husband and ex mother in law kidnapped my youngest daughter and was headed to Canada and they ran out of money and gas and had to stop there so that they can earn money. But thats where the cops and I caught up with them In fact just a couple blocks away from the police station. LOL Alls good now. That was 27 years ago.

My husband got it for me last Christmas. Here is how this came about. He has never been good with remembering Mother's Day. And then after I become very unhappy, he forgets my birthday two weeks later. Well two years ago he (AND my son) really outdid themselves. That Christmas I got a pair of 99 cent stretchy child's gloves. Yep. That's right. Needless to say, I was exceptionally hurt. We went to my sister's house for Christmas dinner. It is also her birthday. I wore those tiny child sized gloves all day. They came up halfway up my hands and the "crotch" of the fingers came up to my knuckle.

So ... after that not too happy Christmas, he started saving up his pennies. End result - embroidery machine. I never got anything that nice from him before, and probably never will again. This year for my birthday I bought myself a thread collection. I am making very good use of it.

And that's the end of that semi-horrible story. Love him anyway. He puts up with me and that is saying a lot.
