I was going to wait a little while longer to head to the bench but with the promise of s'mores here I come.

I received a wonderful package from Skaduzy today; I'll post pictures this weekend but I gotta tell you what she sent: A beautiful red bookmark she made of flowers tied with a bow, my first mug rug with a cute saying, lovely stitching and great corners, I was so touched with three of her grandma's wooden thread spools that came from her grandma's sewing basket, shabby chic fabrics, doggie and also paws fabric, pattern, mystery book, lovely writing book, machine needles, threads, post-it notes, Gummies, Hershey Drops, Hershey Chocolate Bar and Chocolate Supreme hot cocoa mix. Thanks again Sue. Feel free to spoil me anytime:D

Well, if this isn't a big hint, nothing is. Hope my SP liked it. No word from her yet about receiving it. Guess she is having fun at the retreat for now.

It sure seems to have taken its merry time. I can mail across country to my DGKs faster than it took from CA to MT. Priority, indeed.

My SP package was delivered yesterday, but the name of the town is different than the name on the address I have. Zip is the same, though, so maybe it's one of those deals where there's a fine line between localities. Hope so anyhow.

Glad you're joining us for s'mores, Arizona. This week was crazy, so sitting anywhere sounds wonderful!

Actually, it's weekend sew day with the quilt guild, so I will be heading there this morning.

It must be getting cooler, and time for indoor activities. The gift of choice this month seems to be a bookmark! Several of them in the packages received so far.
