I don't sweat it, if it doesn't arrive on time I don't feel the need to say something on a daily basis. Life happens, maybe something a little more important happened.

I received a very nice package today from Brenda. I am going to post a photo so you can see all of the goodies. I love the green fabrics, my favorite color. She made me a table topper and a scissor fob. I didn't have one, my scissors have some green yard tied around the handle...not nearly as stylish. Her lovely pup did not come to visit Nina, so Nina is pouting just a bit. She also sent some of the cutest note pads, I have got to the age where if I don't write it down it doesn't get done. Notepads are always needs. Brenda also sent a sewing kit, I will put it in my car for emergencies.

    Thank you again Brenda,

If you have a cell phone that takes pics and sends texts you can take a cell pic and email it to yourself with a text message.
I realize this is a lot of "ifs"

Thanks, Mary. I think the border will be going away, though. I always liked it, but now I think I am going to do something totally different in my dining room.
What ya gonna do? My kitchen I painted it a very pale peach.Above my cupboards is a soffet. It;s about 10" tall and goes around 2 short walls of cupboards. So on it I am going to paint some baby chicks and mama hens setting. Then glue some hay here and there and cover the whole thing with chicken wire framed in old wood boards to look like a big chicken coop.My kitchen is decorated with chickens and some farm animals.Hope it turns out well.So now tell me what your going to do.OK? Mary
If you glue that hay up there, one of these days you will be sorry. Use rubber cement or something similar so you can get it off easily. IMHO

Thank you starshine.I finally figured out how to do pictures today.I think having a new computer helped.Faye I think I am going to glue the hay on the edge of the wood so it looks like it is popping out.Maybe wind a few long pieces though the wire.We have cattle and buy hay so that is no problem. But thank you for the suggestion, before I did glue it.lol.Mary
