Love that batik! The colors are gorgeous! If I ever dig out from under all the projects I have going on right now, I have to figure out what to do with some batik strips I got at an estate sale. I've sewn them together in color groups, but now what?

Well, gotta go back into hiding. I have tooooooo much work to do today. And tomorrow. And the next day.

My package is almost ready to go west. Might have to wait until the 12th to mail it, though. Sorry, SP, you will just have to wait a little longer! Grab a book and read for awhile while you wait.

Wow I was gone for a few days (my son is marrying this Sat.) and you all had me laughing.
Candi: Was that you last night passing the moon? I swear I saw a person on a broom!
Kyrstyna: Don't worry I'm sure EVERYONE here will send you their packages, NOT!
Lori, glad to hear that Marty is handling the chemo well. She's in my prayers!

Still gathering items for my SP and it will be mailed this coming friday. It is going NW of me.

And here is another hint, one of my SP likes novelty fabrics and one doesn't. :XD:
    Doesn't like grEy - Me
    Lives near Atlantic - Me
Likes a particular novelty type print - ME
    Doesn't like licorice - ME

Not hard to guess.
Well Krystyna girl, you are mixing two pals information together there.

Ok y'all... I sent out the domestic package today, pal, you should have it by Thursday.
My international package did not leave today as planned, mainly because I am a dufus who forgot to take the address to the PO. Sorry pal, I was printing some labels online, and it won't let me print yours, I has the perfect plan to go to the PO, alas I forgot the second most important thing after the package itself, lol. Don't worry though, it will leave bright and early tomorrow, I promise.

Ok more hints: one of pals likes to cook and the other doesn't like to read.

The good thing about her chemo treatment is that the Dr said there would be minimal hair loss, which is good becaue I told her if she lost all her hair I would shave my hair so she wouldn't be alone! I was really relieved! lol

Just try to keep an up beat attitude..thats the key it also helps with the pain..family being near them is a plus..
